Charity golf tournament raises $25,000 for the Farley Foundation

It was a beautiful, sunny day for the annual OVMA/Farley Foundation charity golf tournament in August, with the event raising $25,000 for the Farley Foundation. More than 120 golfers took part in the tournament, which was held at Victoria East Golf Club in Guelph, Ont. Participants enjoyed a fun round of golf, a delicious dinner, silent auction and lots of prizes. The event brings together veterinary professionals and industry partners for a day of golf in support of the foundation. Over the past 10 years, the tournament has raised $240,000 for the Farley Foundation. Golf tournament raises $28,000 for the Farley Foundation

Despite an overcast and chilly day, the annual OVMA/Farley Foundation Golf Tournament in August raised $28,000 for the Farley Foundation – more than double the amount raised last year. The tournament brings together veterinary professionals and industry partners for a day of golf in support of the foundation. More than 150 golfers took part in the event, which was held at Victoria East Golf Club in Guelph, Ont. Participants enjoyed a fun round of golf, a delicious dinner, silent auction and exciting prizes. “Today isn’t just about having fun, it’s also about raising money for a good cause,” said Doug Raven, executive director of the Farley Foundation. “Over the past 10 years, this tournament has raised more than $215,000 for the Farley Foundation.”
