Fundraise for Farley Month

Held annually in October, Fundraise for Farley Month is the foundation’s biggest fundraising event. During the month-long campaign, hundreds of veterinary clinics across Ontario hold special events and fundraisers to raise funds and awareness for the Farley Foundation. To assist with clinic’s fundraising efforts, the Farley Foundation delivers kits of fundraising supplies, including new brochures, posters, stickers, paw prints and this year’s donor gift (stay tuned for more details). Ride for Farley: Helping Pets from Home

The Summit Veterinary Pharmacy Ride for Farley is an annual cycling fundraiser that brings veterinary professionals together to cycle 50, 100 or 160 km in support of the Farley Foundation.

Although it’s traditionally been a cycling event, the Summit Veterinary Pharmacy Ride for Farley went virtual in 2020 and 2021 due to COVID-19 restrictions. The virtual event welcomed the general public to also participate in the event by getting active, however they chose, in the comfort of their own communities. Participants cycled, walked, kayaked, rode on horseback and more in support of people and pets in Ontario.

For 2022, we’re excited to offer a hybrid event! On Saturday, September 10, participants (veterinary professionals and the general public) can  ride in-person or take part at home with an activity of their choice. Those wishing to participate in person must fill out the registration form.
