Help Support the Farley Foundation

The Farley Foundation appreciates the generous support it receives from the veterinary community in Ontario. Over and above helping people and pets, the Foundation offers wonderful opportunities for community outreach, building public awareness of animal health issues, and it helps veterinarians give back to their communities. There are many ways a veterinary clinic might choose to support the Farley Foundation. Some of the more popular avenues are:

1.     Participate in one of our annual fundraising activities geared specifically for the veterinary community

Royal Canin Fundraise for Farley Month (October)

Summit Veterinary Pharmacy Ride for Farley (September)

OVMA/Farley Foundation Golf Tournament (August)

2.     Use the Farley Foundation logo in your clinic to promote the Foundation year round (write to info@farleyfoundation.org for more info on logo use).

3.     Make a donation in memory of pets that have passed away or that have been euthanized at your clinic.

4.     Purchase a plush Farley toy, or purchase many and sell them through your clinic.

5. Purchase an official Farley Foundation License Plate from the Ministry of Transportation of Ontario (MTO)

6.     Make holiday donations in the name of clients by purchasing a set of Farley Foundation Holiday Cards.

7.     Keep a stack of Farley Foundation brochures in your reception area (write to info@farleyfoundation.org to order some brochures).

8.     Hold your own fundraiser at any time of the year. Call the OVMA office directly to talk about any ideas you might have, or get advice and assistance for your fundraiser.

9. Recycle your old car through Charitycar.ca or Donateacar Canada. Farley Foundation gets a donation for the recycled value and you get a tax receipt for the entire amount.
