Pet Owners

Pet owners who are concerned about the health of their pets or who are looking for assistance are requested to speak with their regular veterinarian. Pet owners cannot apply directly for Farley Foundation funding. All applications are made by veterinarians on behalf of pet owners. Pet owners will not receive any assistance through the Farley Foundation office. The Farley Foundation cannot recommend a veterinarian, nor discuss funding applications with pet owners.

Veterinarians or Veterinary Staff

Veterinarians who need more assistance should call the OVMA office.

Veterinarians can submit funding applications by fax to 1.877.482.5941.

Fundraising

Anyone looking to discuss fundraising ideas or corporate sponsorship should call the OVMA office.
