Care that Qualify: The Farley Foundation believes that routine veterinary care is an important part of responsible pet ownership. Consequently, physical examinations, vaccinations and other routine veterinary treatment will not be funded. Pet Owners that
Qualify: 1) Seniors who
receive the Federal Guaranteed Income Supplement (GIS) Funding is limited to $1,000 per year for each clinic, and for each pet and household for which funding is provided. The Farley Foundation does not restrict the type of animal by species. If the primary purpose of the animal is companionship, the Farley Foundation will help. In some cases, the pets may be pot-bellied pigs or horses. |
